RETURN GUARANTEE
At NÈSH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are here to assist you with any issues and will always seek a solution that meets your needs.
All our products undergo a thorough quality control process before shipping to ensure you receive the highest quality clothing. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we take full responsibility and offer you a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or an incorrect product, please contact us at info@nèsh.com. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Our return policy is 15 days, so if more than 15 days have passed since the date of receipt, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
- Free Returns: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Buyer Responsibility: For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to our offices in Spain. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are also the buyer’s responsibility.

You can email us at info@nèsh.com or send us a message on our Instagram account @neesshx. Please describe the issue you experienced with your order (size, damaged product, etc.) and include your name and order number.Our solutions:
1. Responsibility of NÈSH
If NÈSH is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt of the item, we will either fully refund the original price of the product or send you a free replacement at no additional cost. This applies only when NÈSH is responsible for shipping the incorrect item or size.
2. Responsibility of the Client
Incorrect order (item size): If the customer ordered an incorrect item or size, we may allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange. No shipping costs are refundable.
Unwanted item: If you decide you no longer want the item or wish to exchange it, please inform us within 15 days from the date of receipt. The product must be sent back to our offices in Spain. Once we receive the product and confirm it is in good condition, we will process the refund.
Order Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to process your cancellation. However, if the order has already been processed for shipping, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
ADDITIONAL NOTES ON WARRANTY
- All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.
- All returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and must retain all original tags and packaging.
- No shipping costs will be refunded for the return of the item (unless it is NÈSH’s responsibility).
- Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded and is not eligible for a refund or store credit.
