SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY


Our standard free shipping service takes from 3 to 13 days from the time the package is shipped (depending on your country's customs policies).

Shipments will depend on the processing time of each item, which includes quality control and packaging. Once these checks are completed, which can take up to 5 days, the package will be shipped.

Once the shipment is completed, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

Note: Our warehouses are located in the United States, Asia, and Europe. If you’d like to know the estimated delivery date of your order in advance, feel free to reach out to us. Our offices are based in Madrid

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
We cannot control if customs in your country decides to apply any extra costs for your package. Any extra cost must be paid by the buyer. However, our packages rarely incur extra customs duties.

PLEASE NOTE
  •  We are unable to redirect shipments to a different address or cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
  • Once your package has been delivered, Nèsh is not responsible for theft or damage. Your package is insured only during transit; the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address. If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for an RTS (Return to Sender) fee and any reshipment costs. If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and RTS fees.
